This is my third property with the same owner who employs Golden Empire to manage his properties. Renting and property management can be stressful for both parties. Over the years Ann has usually been readily accessible and is always non intrusive and fair minded.

This is my second property with the same owner who employs Golden Empire to manage his properties. I certainly appreciated GE originally renting to me during a time following a personal and financial downturn. Recently it was good to hear that the company has made a decision to pare down the number of clients it handles. Renting and property management can be stressful endeavors, especially during the current time, so less pressure usually leads to better communication and mutual cooperation between all parties.
