Always good dealing with Golden Security
Friday afternoon special - fire alarms go off. No fire but a LOT of noise. I called Golden and they talked me through strategy after strategy to try to get it to turn off and stay off - no luck, so they sent a technician. He was great, and left me a quiet house ... until 9 pm when the external burglar alarm joined the party - and the technician came back and eventually identified an intermittent fault in a smoke detector and peace was restored - so grateful.
Great business to deal with, friendly staff that will go out of their way to help you.
Excellent service all round. Well priced alarm monitoring. Excellent service from the Control Room. All very professional
