It took almost a year to finish the works with so many calls and messages. Michael is the representative. This company is very unorganized. They don't keep track on anything. You (customer) have to check if they did the work or not since they always answer that they finished the works and they want money now. If you don't point it out what is not finished, they will never do it. You will get many calls and messages saying "Give me checks !". Is it enough information ?

Very quick and professional. Michael was extremely helpful in helping us understand the numbers and in collaborating with our insurance company. I would definitely use them again and recommend to my friends and family.

We have use Golden Eagle three separate times in the past year. There sales representative Luke explained everything very clearly and help handle the paperwork needed for the Insurance company. When we had any questions, they gladly answered it with no hesitation and in a matter that was understandable. The workers were very professionally and helped with any extra items which needed fixed, once all repairs were completed they had a walk through with us to insure all work was completed and up to our standard.

I have had Golden Eagle replace my roof in Wylie three times. TWICE IN ONE YEAR. Everytime was due to storm damage, and everytime they took care of everything for me. They inspected my entire property and even showed me pictures of the damages. Then they explained to me why the insurance company would pay for me to get a new roof as well as everything else that was damaged.
