Golden Eagle staff are fast to respond and answer all questions. We worked with Lisa Ann Casarez and despite our crazy nontraditional work hours, Lisa was always available, early morning, late night, weekends, even during her weekend vacation getaway. Lisa was also quick to work with our mortgage arrangements as we found our dream house, which was outside our chosen price point. Reliable, honest, patient and excellent customer-service! Where do I even begin!? Lisa Freitas and her team at Golden Eagle Mortgage were outstanding! That is a serious understatement. We had a loan going through another lender and our closing was quickly approaching. We were on a rollercoaster ride of emotions and over a month of waiting and processing.
