4th of July... people letting off full-on firework shows in the middle of our densely populated complex. Called this security dispatch at least six times, to no answer. The phone would go completely silent, and after about three minutes it would just hand up. Called back today, and they are now magically picking up their phone. What a joke of security... im going to make sure my apartment leasing office knows they're wasting their money on these clowns.
I am a Property Manager and we have had some issues that were not being taken care of. Once we hired Golden Eagle, there was a dramatic change in incidents on the property. This company is professional, kind, and they are about their business. I would refer this company to any business that may be having an issue and needs help with security.
