Fred and his team showed up on time, explained the work being done, and performed the job in a professional manner. I was extremely pleased with the service Golden Duct Cleaning provided and I'd definitely use them again.
They were polite and explained everything in detail. I saw all the debris come out of the vents so I know they are clean. They let me look at the vents before and after the service. I would recommend them in the future. The guys were very friendly and polite, they put everything back the way it was before they came.
My mother's old hot water heater was only producing lukewarm water most of the time and it was making a loud knocking sound. Golden Duct Cleaning installed a tankless water heater in and it works like a dream. Hot water on demand, no waiting and no loud knocking. The price was about what I had expected and the service was better than what I expected. It was a pleasure to work with them.
Fred and his team did a great job of cleaning my entire system! We just moved and our vents hadn't been cleaned since the house was built in 1990's. Needless to say, it was gross! My house smells so much better now after their treatments. They walked me through everything and showed me what they were doing every step of the way! They were very professional and I highly recommend them!!
They were friendly, professional, and did a great job! They were very thorough, even getting a vent that was in a hard to reach spot. After they were finished, the air in my home actually felt cleaner and fresher! I had not realized how much my ducts needed a good cleaning! They even showed my before and after pictures which I appreciated!
