I try to support local businesses but this by far was the worst place ever. First off, they completely over charge for fixing or resizing your jewelry. Secondly, they take absolutely no pride in their craft. I got jewelry fixed here, where they ended up damaging it (and saying they didn't) and it breaking AGAIN less than a week after. Their customer service is trash, with them promising to fix things ASAP while waiting for months on end to receive your item.
