RecommendedI bought my Maxxus sauna through Amazon. I have had it for 4 years. When I received it the power supply was not working and I contacted Golden Designs and they sent me a new on within just a few days. F ew weeks ago the power supply went bad again and I contacted Karla at Golden Designs and she sent a new power supply out and I had it in 4 days. I also had a problem with my CD player. It would stop half way through a cd. Again, a new one was sent out. They are now making a new wiring harness for the replacement CD player bec... read more
Worst customer service ever! Would not honor a warranty that covers a power supply that never worked, brand new out of the box! Greatly disappointing 😞
10 years ago, we bought a 3 person infrared sauna from Golden Design through Costco. When I had a slight problem 10 years ago with the sauna, this company took care of it immediately. It has been a superior product for the past 10 years, and recently, when there was a serious electrical problem, again, they followed through and took care of it immediately! I cannot recommend Golden Designs enough...a truly excellent company with an excellent product! Signed, Otto Streit.
