today I talked to a rep and explained the extreme pain I was in. I have a root canal schedule for Friday. The pain is so intense I found another office that could do it today due to the extreme pain..they except golden dental ins. easy fix right? it's an emergency. the rep I talked to said sorry cant help you you have to wait. how is that for horrible customer service.
