I recommend this dental place to anyone. I love coming here. They always take care of my teeth or any issues I have. If you guys have any issues please come here and they will take care of you.
I felt a moral obligation to share my experience. While dealing with a severe, throbbing toothache, the clinic claimed they submitted a request to the insurance company and I called my insurance company directly after 2 weeks of waiting, and they confirmed they never received anything from this office, and ask me to call this clinic again to confirm and the receptionist immediately told me oh the request is denied. They don’t provide services that we pay the insurance company for. Providers won’t show credentials. Antibiotics without assessing conditions. Very shady and asks for social security and yell. Very bad service.

Wonderful dentist, Dr. Singh, but terrible scheduling by reception. They seem to just pile up appointments with no concern for how long things actually take. And absolutely no accountability. Note: this business has reviews from months ago, but the staff kept talking about the location being new for them. So, just to be really clear, I’m talking about the current ownership of the 350 Fulton location, end of January 2022, Metrotech Smile.
