Extremely friendly and helpful staff!
Karen personally worked with my fiancée and I to find the perfect wedding bands! We ordered one custom, which arrived within the week, and they both were exactly what we dreamed of. She was incredibly wonderful to work with, had great recommendations of what would match our individual styles and engagement rings, and very communicative through the process. Would highly recommend going to Karen first for any jewelry needs!
I came to Karen Lee with an idea of a necklace that I wanted. She educated me on my preferred gemstone, showing me examples of different colors, clarity, and size. She also gave her design opinions without being pushy, making sure I ended up with a beautiful piece. She was very honest and fair with her pricing - I price checked her against other jewelers and felt her pricing was very reasonable. I would recommend Karen Lee.
I came here with my boyfriend and this place is honestly the best jeweler to go to. We worked with Daniel who is so knowledgeable, honest, and professional.
