I have brought several bikes here for different repairs, they are always straightforward about diagnostics and help as best as they can. They don't take too long either, they're the best place around, and I've been to all the others.
Bought this Keteles K800 from Temu. Luggage rack did not fit. Golden Crown Bicycles bent the metal and installed the luggage rack to the bike. Same day service. Highly recommended for any bicycle service.
Recently bought a kryptonite chain lock and triple 8 helmet, plus various items in the past. Always great service. They stopped what they were doing and we went through various locks before deciding on the one I purchased. Great local shop!!!
The customer service here is good. It’s just a very busy bike shop so the wait time can be a little longer but they guys here are great. I highly recommend
