only want your money does not like to fix stuff.
I don’t recommend them at all. The living arrangements are uncomfortable . I went without air for a month. It was 90 degrees inside everyday. I had to pay out my pocket to get my air fixed . It was their job to fix it as stated in the lease. They want your money but they don’t wanna fix anything . They must definitely stay on you about rent though
They block people for giving honest reviews!!!!! If they don’t like what you have to say they lie then block you. Speaking from experience. No I don’t live there but my daughter and grandchildren do and I stand behind my review 100%!!!!!!

the new owners are great they are doing wonderful job cleaning and maintaining the roads and we have not had any problems since they bought this place
