RecommendedIt’s a great facility who does wonderful community outreach to keep their residents feeling apart of Navasota. I have volunteered at their facility for special events they are consistently putting on for their residents. Wonderful staff and care are at this nursing home!
I would like to recommend Golden Creek Health Care facility . They offer great rehab services and long term care. There staff is very accommodating to your loved ones needs.
They have a very friendly staff. Their activity coordinator is AWESOME. They are giving our loved one things to keep their minds sharp and their rehab center gets them back to doing what they like to do. Great place to check out!

Golden Creek is an amazing long term care and rehabilitation facility. The staff does amazing with the residents and there is always something going on with activities to keep the residents engaged and moving. The nursing staff takes great care of the residents and always strives to do the best by the resident. All of the residents seem very happy with their dietary needs as well. This community is outstanding. The team of professionals are compassionate and serve their resident with dignity and respect. I encourage that you ask for Golden Creek. Especially when your loved one will rehab to home. The therapy team will ensure that each patient learns how to self manage their care and safely get around. Golden Creek has housed quite a few people I care deeply about. The care that is given is with love, concern, and respect. Of course anywhere you go there may be a few bumps on the road; but, at Golden Creek once it is recognized, and addressed, it's smooth sailing once again.😊 Whenever I visit, it's always a great experience and I leave feeling blessed just knowing I was able to learn so much from the elders and their stories. They love to talk, and so do I! ❤
