Booked a minivan for 14 passengers over the phone from UK. Agent on the phone was very helpful, fully understanding our requirements, from Hotel in Times Square to the cruise port in Bayonne. We were advised of a parade taking place in the pick up day and road closures so advised the company about this. We had a scheduled pick up for 9.45am, but our driver, Wilfred, came early, around 8am to avoid getting stuck in the closures, and waited until we were ready to leave.
