Total dump of a restaurant. I wouldn’t even make my dogs eat the food. And the customer service was shittier than a taco bell toilet.
These people don’t even deserve one star. I ordered food and requested delivery to my work and they were fine with that. An hour goes by and still nothing so I called and she said the driver just left. Another hour goes by still no food so I called back again and the lady (who never asked for my phone number in the first place) said she tried calling me multiple times but “no one answered” and they aren’t coming back so I said well are you still gonna charge me and she said “he’s not coming back sorry” and hug up. I don't leave bad reviews, but I have never been treated be any establishment the way these people treated me. I simply asked about my order and the gentleman was screaming me at for no reason. I ended up having to cancel our order. This is no way to run a business and was completely uncalled for. EXTREMELY unprofessional establishment.
Golden City has the best takeout Chinese food in Lewiston Auburn. I love me some Chinese food, but this husband and wife team work insanely hard to make your food is fresh and delicious and perfect every time. It's actually so good and that I'm going to repeat myself. The best takeout Chinese food in Lewiston Auburn.

So I was charged $33 for a pupu for 2 with house rice. Rice not too bad but the pupu was ridiculous! Little shreds of overcooked spare ribs, really small beef teriyaki also overcooked, no crab rangoons, no chicken teriyaki, asked for 4 duck sauce and got 2, and the disgusting/disturbing part is the fact that one duck dance had metal from a scouring pad. NEVER AGAIN!

The food is really good except they don't seem to understand the concept of take out. We used to go every week and now we only go every few months because they literally wait until we get there to start cooking our meal. We call ahead because we want to just pick it up and go. We end up sitting there for 20 minutes waiting for the take out that we called in 40 minutes ago. It shouldn't take an hour for two combination meals.
