We used to like this place alot. But over the years it’s really gone down hill. female owner is rude. I personally had an issue with her rudeness. My husband had one as well recently. The food is not bad but it’s greasy. We won’t be going back.
We ordered chicken chow mein and when we got home with our order there was a qt of cabbage with little chicken bits in it. No noodles at all. We had also order a 2 L of Dr. Pepper online and they didn't have any so they gave my son Coke. None of us like Coke. I called to ask about the cabbage with no noodles to and the lady muted me. The lady on the phone got the address wrong 4 times even after me correcting her all 4 times and they said they delivered but didn’t have a driver for my food which set out getting cold. I work less than a mild from them but couldn’t leave the clinic due to pts. She refused to offer me a refund and kept making excuses. I didn’t get my food for well over the hour and she was rude. The food was substandard at best. Realistically if you want food poisoning this is the place for you but if you don’t please go anywhere but here.
I’ve been ordering from China House for 20 years, but not anymore unfortunately. The last 6 times I called to place an order, they only answered ONCE. Also, their prices have skyrocketed. So, high prices and not answering the phone… I’ll spend my money somewhere else.
