The roasted chicken was not even warm and they said they could not refund my order. Then after posting on Facebook someone who is either the franchise owner or maybe one of the managers decided to respond aggressively toward me as a customer.
Chicken was old and hard
Terrible service and the manager instead of solving the problems only laughs at a person. I like the food but they should just change the employees there.
We used the drive thru and had great service. The chicken strips were delicious!
Food and service was excellent. It was a bit noisy though.
