Don't recommend management is a joke they don't listen to your concerns and expect you to tell them how to do their job. If I complain and you gave me a refund why ask me what you can do to make it better if you refuse to listen. My food was over spiced on purpose to point it was burning my eyes and nose before I even opened the bag. Everyone was very nice and they were extremely busy
There are way too many people sleeping on this brand. While I'm not one to frequent chains, this place deserves your attention. The obvious comparisons here are going to be the king of fast food chicken, Popeye's. Is the product better than Popeye's - not quite. Does this place offer a good product without having to deal with terrible customer service, long wait times, and at a more competitive price - absolutely!
