We love Golden Chick's food, and the staff at this particular location were so kind and helpful to us and our kiddos. I would advise that there is no changing table whatsoever, and the bathrooms could use some attention (the Women's was Out of Order, requiring us to use the Men's--they are single toilet rooms with a lock--but, there was no soap or paper towels. Plus, it needed cleaning).

Wow I goes in Paris restaurant to get wicked wings & fries. My food is always hot and fresh, I love the service and Tameka does a great job with controlling her crew. She makes a great GM

Get there and order only for them to tell me they had ran out of tenders and dr pepper. Well then theybl found tenders. They were burnt looking and tasted like cardboard. Gravy was discolored and just looked disgusting. You pay that much for a meal you expect it to be atleast edible. But no I digress it was gross and severely over priced

I’ve visited this Golden Chick several times between 5pm and 7pm, and every single time they’ve been out of essentials like chicken strips. I was never asked if I’d be willing to wait for a fresh batch — I was simply told they were “completely out.” For a restaurant whose main product is chicken, this is unacceptable. It reflects poor planning and poor management. Dinner hours should be the time they are most prepared, not least.
