Most of the time i just get to-go but other times I dine-in. If I dine-in my food is always hot, never had not hot food with this place dining in, no complaints. If I get to-go sometimes they forget my sauces, not an issue though. Most of the time the food is hot, but other times its like "moderately hot" but its not lukewarm and definitely still eatable. I'm not sure why the reviews are so bad for this place. I've been going since 2023 and haven't yet had a "bad experience" enough to stop going. Always really good food.
While the food is usually hot & good. This location has horrible customer service. The manager has an attitude & poor customer care. Every time she is there, I just drive down further to the one in Sachse. Highly disappointed.
Ordered online, they forgot two things and the green beans are uh... Just no.
I picked up a 3 tender meal last night, the food was clearly old, I was already home and ate it anyways, woke up the next morning throwing up the mashed potatoes. I’m at work right now feeling like shit. Safe to say I will NEVER risk getting sick for a quick bite from this place EVER again.
