Great customer service.
This location is absolutely crap. They either need a new manager to keep the employees in check, or everyone needs new training on quality. Without fail, they have messed up every order I have ever placed here. Ordered spicy tenders - They don't put the seasoning in it. Ordered the wicked chicken sandwich (which is just chicken, buns, and a special sauce) they don't put the damn sauce on it. Ordered gravy on the side? Nope, not in the bag. Sweet tea?
