Such a shame as the food is decent and near my job but it's always an issue with something. I placed an order through an app and was told it wasn't showing up on their end so I asked what could I do on my end to facilitate things for them. I was told they needed to call their manager and was placed on hold....for 16 minutes and heard all the conversations the employee that was supposed to be helping me have with everybody else.
