Ordered a family meal almost 50.00, then it took over 15mins at the window. I checked if I got all my food I ordered but didn’t notice that I didn’t get forks or trays. I called and I asked to talk to the manager. She said I was talking to her , I told her I didn’t receive any forks or trays. She said it was Golden Chicks policy not to give any, so if you don’t ask for them you don’t get none. She said sorry if you don’t ask we don’t give. Her mentality not her problem I guess. On 3/26/2026 had an incorrect order . I will let you know. When they need to satisfy the customer . They are 100% on it. It was a minor error but they take it serious.
