I think I am done with this location. They refused to give me my mobile order through the drive through. My knee isn't so good so that's frustrating, they are not very friendly to the mobility impaired obviously. The second thing I have to complain about is that when you go inside they always want you to sign for your mobile order. No other place does that and it's already annoying to have to walk inside with a bum knee for no good reason. My 3rd complaint is some folks there do not take criticism/complaints well. Very good customer service and food
Awesome staff food hot and fresh
I was told to pull forward and wait for my food when 3 employees came out to confirm if i received my food or not, which I then told them I hadn’t received anything yet. They started giving me attitudes after I had to go back inside from getting my order with missing sides and extras wrong again and the worker came out with my order and tossed it in my lap and after walked away and telling me things and told me to meet him behind the restaurant.
