We really loved this location. The food was the best and the staff was awesome. But not all Golden Chicks are alike. And this one has new owners and has joined the ranks at the bottom like many others. I love their small side salad because their croutons are awesome, very different. Well, no croutons! I ordered the 4 pc combo, was going to save 3 pcs for my hubby. The size of the tenders were so small now. It was shocking. I never rate badly but it was midday, I went through drive thru and was the only person in line, the buns were literally cold like was in a refrigerator cold, tenders were soggy, and fries were half cold. And I tried everything right when I got the food, I didn’t even leave the parking lot
just ordered a fam tender 16 meal and its dry/cold 4/4/2026… its 4:35 ish not impressed, while the speed of the order was quick it being cold already is a issue
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was great and the store was clean.
