So frustrating! I’m not sure if all the local Golden Chicks are owned by the same franchise but it’s so consistently bad. The gravy is water, the food gets more and more expensive and you get less and less. The staff is rarely cheerful (which I somewhat get, and most of the time it doesn’t bother me but be professionally polite at the very least). They’ve messed up my order multiple times. I went through the drive through and was confused about where to take my order, and had my window rolled up while we were deciding what we wanted on the menu.
