The lady looked “high” to each is on but if you can’t function then don’t indulge before work or while at work. To look me in my direction and ignore a paying customer who is standing at the register for several minutes is cool for Golden Chicken unmanaged employees. I got wicked wing combo and tender combo all to be spicy and asked for extra seasoning. I’m just wondering how are you barely putting YOUR SIGNATURE seasoning on your food as a restaurant? I asked for extra seasoning on fries and chicken and that wasn’t done. Food was still fresh though and funnel cake was good.
It is 8 at night. I have been here for 20 minutes waiting on my mobile order. They have all the doors locked for dine in. So have to go through drive thru. It is taking them 20 minutes per car. This is ridiculous.
So frustrating! I’m not sure if all the local Golden Chicks are owned by the same franchise but it’s so consistently bad. The gravy is water, the food gets more and more expensive and you get less and less. The staff is rarely cheerful (which I somewhat get, and most of the time it doesn’t bother me but be professionally polite at the very least). They’ve messed up my order multiple times.
