Long wait. Okra was soggy. Chicken was rubbery.
I ordered on their app, and it still showed that they had shrimp. I placed my order, when I got their the guy at the window informed me that they no longer offer shrimp but the app still offers it. I asked to cancel my order and to issue a refund and they said they couldn't give me a refund and that I would have to take it up with cooperate. Had to back out of the drive thru it was so slow. Waited 20 mins in line - had 2 people in front of me and had enough.
Amazing food! Was hot n fresh and the staff was amazing especially the guy up front Austin. He did an amazing job
