Over the last month and a half, my husband and I have purchased food from this location three times. Twice now, when I have asked for Italian dressing for my side salad....I was given Vinaigrette. Vinaigrette is NOT Italian salad dressing! Not to mention, we never get napkins or utensils included in our bag. Our food has been barely warm when we received it, even though we went to this establishment during lunch or dinner rush times. Will they take your order? Maybe after they take a smoke break. Then if you actually get food you might get what you ordered.
We came through the drive thru and ordered the 8 piece family meal. We were told the wait would be 20 minutes as they had to “restock.” We decided to wait because we would be getting freshly cooked chicken. We received our order in about 20 minutes. When we got home with our order we found only 7 pieces of chicken and we didn’t get our rolls.
