The worse experience Ive had with Golden Chick. Came through the drive thru during the lunch hour only 1 vehicle in front of me. I waited 10 mins to order at the speaker, an additional 20 mins to get to the window, the cashier at the window took so long to come to greet me at the window. Once he arrived he asked "whats yo order?" Mind you there is no vehicle behind me, theres no way you dont know what my order is.....any way my curiosity just had to ask him, why is there such a long wait for 12 wings and 2 sides? I had a horrible first visit today at lunch. I work 5 minutes away and only get a 30 minute lunch. I placed an online order 5 minutes before 12pm. It stated my pickup time would be 12:09. By that time my order wasn't ready, THEN I was told after standing there for over 5 minutes they didn't have Mac and cheese for one of my sides. Was also told they didn't have gravy for the mashed potatoes. How are you out of mac and cheese and gravy by 12pm? Was asked if I wanted a different side for the Mac so I chose fries. Every time I come to this location no matter if it’s day or night time, they never have any fried chicken cooked and they always suggest that I get something else instead. 🤦🏽♀️ I don’t want something else, I want fried chicken!!!!! This is so weird to me. 🤷♀️ I got fed up this time, I drove away and went to the Popeyes down the street where I knew I could indeed get some fried chicken. Smh
Mr. Robert, the young black man with dreads are amazing. They have the best service, personality, attitude, and energy. They are so polite and get me orders wrong
