Placed an order through the drive thru today, and as I proceeded to the 2nd window I had a very poor experience with a more than unprofessional black older woman employee. She snapped at me when she read my order off incorrectly then when I corrected her she continued with the attitude. She is obviously in the wrong line of business or needs to be put in the back not dealing with customers.
