I get lunch here everyday and the people in the drive through are so nice and even know my order just by my voice. I was so sad to pull up and see the sweet girl that always waits on me have a sleeve on. I asked her if something had happened to her arm or if she was being forced to cover her tattoo. She has to cover her tattoo. Shame on the owner for body shaming their employees. Last time I checked, my personal tattoos didn’t make me different. Glad that the Fortune 500 company I work for allows employees to be themselves.
They suck at making enough roasted chicken.
Service, we waited over 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged. The person who took our order was rude.

food was so old the workers even said they wouldn't eat it... that's disgusting. we ended up down the street with fresh food.
Was told 15 wait for 15 piece mixed chicken... Pulled up.. Waited 20 minutes, went inside, said 9 more minutes.. I asked what was I waiting for, they said there was only 1 fryer..after 9 minutes I was still waiting, they said 6 more minutes.. Wth.. I ended up waiting over 45 minutes for 9 pieces of over cooked fried chicken and 5 of the smallest pieces of roast chicken I've ever seen. 1 bad experience is all it takes to lose me as a customer.

This place is so nasty we just brought chicken from them and started eating and the chicken is spoiled... it smells so bad...Then we called to the store to tell the manager and SUE the manager gonna argue the fact that the chicken isn’t bad.. WTF how you gonna tell me this spoiled over dark chicken ain’t bad... THIS SHIT IS SPOILED AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EATING THERE..
