We order from hwre every now and again. There is typically a wait; especially if you don't order ahead. I waited 15 minutes before being helped, but after that things went smooth.
USED to love this place! Called to order some dinner and whoever was answering the phones didn’t know the menu and when asked about what’s on their take out menu they “don’t sell it anymore” so I asked what they had similar and they told me we don’t have that…. passes the phone to someone else and they tell us “too busy” and hang up..
My fiancé and I were just hung up on, because nobody seemed to know their menu. When we asked what did they have for family meals, it seems nobody knew how to properly communicate what they had. Then proceeded to pass the phone to somebody else and when I tried to order or ask any questions they would cut me off. Then told me they were too busy and hung up on me. The absolute WORST customer service by far I have ever experienced. Will never recommend to anybody!
Jennifer has great today great food
Randomly stopped in for lunch and had sweet and sour chicken with fried rice and egg roll. I ate half in their dinning area and had some leftovers to take home. Would have been a solid 5 but the atmosphere could use help. No TV, music, nothing almost made me feel like this is my mainly a to go establishment.
