If possible I would give this place zero stars. Super sketchy business that allows potential (Victims) customers to rent out townhouses. Rooms are not in a condition to be living in and you will still need to pay full price no matter what. Nick, the owner of this company along with his son, Jorge only takes cash payment for rent and water bills. LANDLORDS ARE NOT SUPPOSSSED TO TAKE CASH FOR RENT IT IS ILLEGAL!
