Therapist Charlotte Kanoff is the worst therapist I’ve ever experienced . My son has only had a week of full services he’s supposed to get. This therapist called out at least once a week sometimes twice with only 1-3 hour notice. Between her constant excuses and even a mouse in her coffee as shown below in the picture I had more than enough . Terrible horrible and incompetent people working there. Wasted a year in the “ process of screening “ only to be told that they need to redo everything allover again. Stay away!
