I gave two stars only because the therapist Ms Melissa was amazing but the company was a nightmare. They never sent bills timely. I fought with Greg from billing for two years. He never updated my payments and continued to send me insane bills. I gave him copies of checks and had to keep a binder just to do his job. None of the company staff would help with this. This company is a nightmare. They lie about cases, mislead staff about hours, never answer the phone, and can’t even manage or proofread their schedules. Cases are gone before you hear about them, and management—Kamali Rojas, Delsin Ferreras, and Monica—is completely incompetent. The only good part is the families. Parents, do not bring your kids here. Staff, do not waste your time—there are far better, professional companies out there.
I have been using this ABA therapy agency for my child for several years, and I am extremely disappointed with their dishonest and unprofessional billing practices. Despite my insurance covering 100% of the therapy costs since 2022, the agency continued to charge me copays for nearly three years without any valid reason.
