This Company is VERY unprofessional. They don’t seem to care at ALL about any of their clients. They neglect care for them, missing appointments , VERY VERY poor communication skills from their case managers. They never let you know anything about your loved one. Definitely don’t recommend this place.
This company does not tell the parents anything about what is happening to the adult children in there care when emergency arise. Staff is rude, not all but some. No consideration for parents feeling. Would not recommend this care facility at all!!
