Please NEVER send your love ones to this facility. My grandfather who was diagnosed with dementia and demonstrated increased behaviors was taken to this facility from a SNF for a med change. He was ambulatory upon being sent to this facility and after returning to the SNF was completely lethargic and comatose, unable to even speak.
