We have used these folks for many years at our business and home and are extremely pleased with their knowledge, expertise and attitude. Gary, our main contact can fix anything computer/server wise. Greg, our backup to Gary is right up there too. Dave does a great job getting us the parts we need. All of them are tremendously cooperative and extremely pleasant to work with. Prepare yourself for poor service with a nonchalant attitude. I called to order ink on Wednesday. I was assured that they had what I needed in stock and could get it to me in two days. When I still had not received my order the following Wednesday, I called again. The woman I spoke to said she had no record of my order. She would check into it and call me back.
