Unfortunately l won't be ordering from them again. 16 days to get an order from 2hrs away is too slow. I usually order from Sydney and recieve orders within 4 to 5 days. I thought ld try a local and see if its better. Also the fact that after 10 days when l rang that was the piont at which you told me the fragrance wasn't available. Then next day l was told ld paid for 10 ... not 30 as thier site advertised. Saw the item I wanted on their website, made the phone call to make sure they had it in stock. They couldn’t even find said item on their very own webpage! Didn’t even want to remotely help. This was a $1500 item I was prepared to purchase from them. Beyond hopeless. Told him in the end to not bother, and that he wasn’t very professional and I would take my business elsewhere, he wasn’t even bothered, just kept saying, yep, yep. Would not recommend!!!
My worst experience ever. I bought a battery vacuum, but the one of the batteries is broken, so I drove long way to the shop for batteries change, but the owner didn’t solve it and with bad attitude, I won’t buy any thing from this shop forever!!!!!!

This is my worst experience I have ever had on the phone. I was gifted a floor scrubber from GBCS. I own a cleaning business in Perth. I rang them I wanted to buy some products and equipment. The man who answered I could barely hear him and asked if he could speak up a little. He put the phone down on me. I'm think was that an accident or deliberate?
