The BBQ itself was very good. I enjoyed the variety of meats offered. The price was reasonable but despite getting one of their platters, I still felt hungry when I was finished. I think they could offer a better portion. The size of the corn muffin was embarrassingly small. We both laughed at the pathetic microsized muffin. Unfortunately some of the driest brisket I've ever had. Nearly inedible and had to be drown in sauce to choke it down. As an amateur smoker, I understand briskets may not always come out perfect, but you don't serve your guest (especially paying ones) a bad product. You just guarantee they won't be back again. Chain bbq sadly would have been better.
