I had an excellent 75-minute sports massage with Caroline today early morning, She listened carefully to the areas I was having trouble with and focused on exactly what I needed. I saw Caroline today for a Swedish massage. I was having problems with my gait. She listened to everything I had to say. She was able to losen up all the problem muscles. My calves and ankles were extremely tight and she was able loosen them up too. I felt great when I left there. And my gait was back on track. Caroline is very nice person who is easy to talk to. Caroline is the best massage therapist I have yet to encounter! Have been going to help loosen up my back and lower legs after knee replacement surgery and I can't tell you how much she helped me. She listens to your needs and her background in sports helps 100%. She will by my 'go to' massage therapist going forward - no question about it! Simply the best!
