Great customer service and a huge selection of in stock parts.
Just stopped in to pick up a couple spare tubes on my way to a ride out that way. Customer service was SUPER friendly and helpful, giving me suggestions about the trail I had planned to do. I'll be back!
Great group of people and so helpful! These guys went out of their way to make sure I had a chance to ride the bike I've been contemplating for awhile. Well worth the trip! I'll be back for sure!

They were rude and did not want to rent bikes on what ended up being a perfect day. The trails were great and we met a bunch of other riders on the trails. We ended up renting from Peak Cycles, a block away and it cost us less money. Plus, Peak treated us really well!

I am terribly sorry for your unpleasant experience with our shop. To the best of our knowledge today, we were informed that the trails were quite muddy after the rain and snow from yesterday. As such we were hoping to avoid taking party to damages to trails--I have discovered that our information was wrong, and the dirt was quite hero today! Good example of bait and switch. Was to demo a fat bike for their Friday Night Fatties and since Christmas fell on a Friday, the guy at the shop said I could pick it up on Thursday (Christmas Eve) and return Sunday morning. I go to pick it up and they say I have to pay $50. The Friday Night Fattie gig is free. No mention by the guy on the phone when I reserved the bike that it would be considered a rental and not part of their Friday Night Fattie deal. Frustrating and disappointing.

Carol, I'm deeply sorry to hear you feel we duped you. Our offer for the Friday Night Fatties during December was free for Friday-Sunday with the group ride, or $50 for Friday-Monday. As we are closed this Friday, we decided to shift the days to be Thursday-Sunday at the half-off normal rental rate.
