Inflexible on demo costs when weather sours. Took a bike out last night in what appeared to be great weather, but a thunderstorm rolled in and I only got a mile on the bike. Today is pretty miserable so a ride isn't in the cards. The sales rep (Clay) checked and there were no conflicts with allowing me to take the bike for a second day (no one had reserved the bike for tonight) but, nonetheless, the sales rep was steadfast in getting paid for a second demo day (even though the bike is clearly idle).
