This place was highly recommended to me from a close friend. I’ve been bringing my 2001 Toyota 4Runner here for over 1 year now, and it’s the only place I absolutely trust to work on my car to the point of me moving to South Carolina recently, yet still bringing my car here when I’m in town.
Been using Golden Auto for years. They are the best! Quality service quick turn around and fair and honest prices I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Great ownership too!
Scott is not only amazingly skilled, he is honest and very pleasant. Super quick oil changes, makes necessary recommendations, isn’t pushy at all (like other places) and answers all my questions.
I almost gave up on my car after the dealer told me the rear axle beam and rear suspension needed repair and quoted me $6,500—more than the value of my car. When I asked how much they would give me if I sold the car to them, they said only $200. I was completely distraught. I decided to get a second opinion at Golden Auto, and I’m so glad I did. I’m not one to usually write a review, but this shop deserves all the praise—solid 12/10 experience. I came in for new brakes and rotors and they did the replacement promptly and professionally. Even replaced my wipers without me asking at no charge. They checked my battery that was having issues, and Scott took the time to clearly explain what was going on.
