Scott the service writer is very customer oriented and he also explained things thoroughly as to what and why parts needed to be replaced. He also gave me a $75 discount on the $1000 timing belt kit replacement. 10/10 would recommend this place.
This place was highly recommended to me from a close friend. I’ve been bringing my 2001 Toyota 4Runner here for over 1 year now, and it’s the only place I absolutely trust to work on my car to the point of me moving to South Carolina recently, yet still bringing my car here when I’m in town.

Scott is not only amazingly skilled, he is honest and very pleasant. Super quick oil changes, makes necessary recommendations, isn’t pushy at all (like other places) and answers all my questions.
I almost gave up on my car after the dealer told me the rear axle beam and rear suspension needed repair and quoted me $6,500—more than the value of my car. When I asked how much they would give me if I sold the car to them, they said only $200. I was completely distraught. I decided to get a second opinion at Golden Auto, and I’m so glad I did.
