Absolutely Disgusting Practices go on at this dealer, I was sold a vehicle Infiniti G37 2010 around December and since then there has been a plethora of issues extremely unsafe my car overheating within two weeks of having it which is insane all because they couldn’t check if the car had a radiator drain plug not only that the brakes and rotors are severely worn and I was at risk of a crash. I am from out of state and had called and talked to the sales manger about reserving a vehicle that I was going to fly out and purchase. I offered to put a deposit down. They said they would hold it for me without a deposit so I purchased a plane ticket. Come to find out they sold it without even informing me. Good thing I called and found out before taking the flight. Be careful about taking them at their word.
Great experience. Quick, no pressure experience with a transparent price and clear communication. Car was as advertised.
