We were immediately made welcome by Kim, who very quickly became like a close friend to my wife, Cindi. Accommodations were wonderful, as was the price. It will happen again for sure. I wish you could do something about the weather.
The hotel it's self is a beautiful hotel. Their customer service on the other had needs some work. I called a complained about about 10 young girls came in the kiddie pool and pretty much took over the whole thing not giving my 3 yr old grandson any room. And when that wasn't good enough. They came into the hot tub and pushed me and my wife out. The front desk clerk. Was like well the pool is going to close in a hr anyway. The second night it was loaded with kids and was very loud. We waited 2 hours to prepare our room when we were promise it will be ready upon arrival. Kitchen in the room that we got was dirty dishes aren’t clean, also there barley knives, spoon and fork.
