I rented a place here this year. I would not recommend this place. The reasons: 1) Noise. Golden has an automotive show every month, and that show causes hot rods with big, loud engines to go driving by all day, mere feet from the apartments. On days when there is no auto show, the other traffic -- including frequent traffic in the middle of the night -- will be enough to keep all but the deepest sleeper awake all night long. 2)Staff/landlord. Don't Live Here! – TERRIBLE place to live. Filled with crackheads, meth heads a maintanence man who just walks in your apt anytime he feels the need to do so. Landlady is HORRID to deal with, claims to send you to collections if upon move out the place is not brand new like, even thou she has (and keeps!) your deposit. I highly recommand going elsewhere to rent!!
