What an absolute shame on the part of the staff and owner to leave the residents to rot and die after Hurricane Laura. Even more distressing was that Emergency Services in Lake Charles failed these residents as well. There are numerous verified accounts of what transpired and since the Lake Charles Officials are failing to act then it's time for the State Attorney general to get involved. My mission now is to see that justice is served and that the facility owner and manager are formally charged with elder abuse and cruelty ... read more
I cannot believe these people were abandoned, during and after the worst hurricane ever been through, they must be charged with neglect and elderly abuse 😡😡

I visited one of my relatives there he had a nice apartment his bedroom was a really nice large size and his living room was pretty nice he said he enjoys the friends he's met here
