Don't go through these people. I barely make $400 a week. My son and I qualify for a low income apartment and they said I make too much. It doesn't make any sense how I make too much but yet rent is close to $2000 a month for 95% of Reno and the utilities on top of that are outrageous now a days. Plus insurance,food,gas, and other things needed for everyday life. I live paycheck to paycheck. I was hoping to finally get a place but they turned me down saying I make way too much. This place sucks it takes maintenance mouths upon months to come in and fix anything then there’s demand to know what your service animals do for you. They do not clean the property I have found needles and other drug paraphernalia on property, they are rude and don’t listen to nobody. They fine you if you do not answer your door or let them in. And they say that is part of FPI Management.
