After Clarke & Rush (the company that installed my system and serviced it for the last 17 years) incorrectly diagnosed my furnace problem as a bad gas valve (costing me $1,000!) my furnace was STILL not working correctly and kept shutting off due to a system error. They sent a second tech out and diagnosed that it was the logic board in the system (another $1500 bucks!). Know enough about AC unit as to what needed to be done just didn’t have the tools to fix myself. Told them when the unit part inside is used then turns off, frost is melting and creating a puddle inside as pipe to outside needed a good flush and was clogged creating puddle inside. he changed a valve outside charge me $300 and said “that should do the trick” well guess what it didn’t. I still have a puddle inside and looking for another company to help fix it. Will not be using this company again
