Installed AC efficiently and correctly.
After coordinating with building management, the technician arrived on time and completed the A/C system maintenance efficiently in about an hour. He identified a clogged filter as the primary issue and explained how regular cleaning could prevent similar problems in the future.
The issue turned out to be an outdated thermostat, so they installed a new one quickly and took the time to walk me through its features. The entire process was completed in under an hour, and I appreciated their patience with my questions.
After coordinating with building management, the crew arrived on time and efficiently cleaned the ducts and vents in about two hours, ensuring minimal disruption to my day. It's reassuring to have cleaner air flow again in my condo as it had been several years since the last cleaning.
The quote was reasonable, and the technicians coordinated well with building management to access the ducts, wrapping up in about two hours. They showed me the before-and-after photos of the vent build-up and explained how often cleanings should occur given the age of our system.
