I'd give a big fat 0 if I could. Get an abusive nurse, call them out on it, now we are the bad guys and they released my family member as a patient just as she starts standing up for herself. Pitiful bedside manner, no compassion, and they're always right even when you prove them wrong. Should be called the piranha tank hospice.
