I went to visit my friends mom Carmen Echevarria today and I was very impressed with how clean this facility is. I have visited a couple small facilities before and none could compare. The environment felt like home and the owner Yamil was extremely professional. The food tasted amazing! I know this because they let us try it since we arrived during lunch time.
